The King of Prussia Historical Society is partnering with the local Elks Lodge #714 and the Society for the Preservation of Christ Church Old Swedes to sponsor a Flag Day Event on Sunday, June 10. Following a tour of Christ Church at noon, there will be a Flag Day Ceremony at 1:00 pm, and a tour of the cemetery highlighting gravesites of prominent citizens, especially veterans.
Join us in celebrating our nation’s flag by learning about it’s history, proper care and handling, and an opportunity to properly and respectfully retire old American flags.
