Thank you to everyone who attended the King of Prussia Historical Society’s March 8th meeting/fundraiser. It was a very successful and enjoyable day! The Society received some greatly appreciated funds and guests heard about the history of chocolate while sampling delicious dark, milk and white chocolates provided by presenter Melanie Low from Zwahlen’s Ice Cream and Chocolate Co. Yummy March Meeting!
Our next meeting will be exceptionally yummy!
Join us for “A History and Tasting of Chocolate” on Saturday, March 8 at 2pm at Christ Church Old Swedes presented by the expert Chocolatiers from Zwahlen’s Ice Cream and Chocolate.
Trace the journey of the cacao bean from blossom to chocolate bar. While tasting a variety of chocolates, participants will be introduced to the history of chocolate, chocolate production techniques, health benefits of chocolate, and techniques for deciphering labels of favorite chocolate bars.
There will be a $20.00 per person participant fee with proceeds to benefit the King of Prussia Historical Society. Please e-mail info@kophistory.com to reserve your place!
